We will inspect your jewellery and offer our professional recommendation on how to best restore it to its original beauty.

At Hennick & Co Jewellery, we offer a range of services for restoring old pieces of jewellery,  bringing them back to their original perfection. Our team of goldsmiths, setters and gemologists have many years of experience providing excellent workmanship on jewellery of all shapes and sizes.

We will do a full inspection and quality assurance check on all pieces to provide you with the best advice on how to make your jewellery sparkle again. All repairs come with a clean and polish, so your jewellery is as good as new.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

Clean, Polish and Rhodium Plating: Our goldsmiths will remove any dings or scratches that your “well loved” jewellery has accumulated over the years and restore it to its original beauty.

Ring Sizing: If your ring just doesn’t fit like it used to, we will increase or decrease the size of your ring to make sure it has the perfect fit for your finger once again.

Soldering: In the event that your jewellery breaks or needs a quick repair, one of our our goldsmiths will solder the fractured gold to make it look like nothing had ever happened.

Thin Shank: Wear and tear can cause your ring to lose its shape. We can put a new half shank on the ring to make it fit properly again and regain the strength of the metal that it once had.

Stone Tightening: If you have a claw that is loose you will often catch it on clothing or other fabrics. When you come to us we will tighten the claws around the stone and ensure that the stone is secure in its setting.

Claw re-tipping: If you have a claw that is loose you will often catch it on clothing or other fabrics. If you come to us we can tighten the claws around the stone and make sure that the stone is secure in its setting.

Diamond or Stone replacement: If your gemstone or diamond has gone missing, we can match and replace the stone in the existing setting. With one of the largest gemstone inventories in North America, we can find an exact match for the missing stone or even one of better quality within your budget to replace it.

Pearl & Bead Restringing: Over time your necklace or bracelet could break or fray causing the pearls to be at risk of falling off the jewellery. We can restring the item to bring the structural integrity back to the necklace or bracelet and allow you not to worry about losing any of the pearls.

Our restringing service restores the structural integrity of your jewellery, eliminating the concern for a loss of pearls.
